Nice hotel the staff are what make this hotel. They make all the guests feel so welcome. The rooms are good and have what you want when staying away from home for work. The food in the restaurant is good breakfast is well cooked and has a nice choice of breakfast dishes. Parking is good with lots of spaces.

It sounds like you've had a wonderful experience at that Mercure Sheffield Parkway Excellent customer service can truly elevate a stay, and it's great to hear that our staff made you feel so welcome. Having comfortable rooms and good amenities for business travelers is also important, and it's fantastic that we've met your expectations in that regard. And of course, delicious food is always a plus, especially when it comes to breakfast options. Adequate parking is another essential convenience, so it's fantastic that we provide plenty of spaces. Overall, it sounds like you had a great stay!

Hotel is in good order, rooms clean and smart. Location ideal for business park. Breakfast not the best but I think tricky to provide a buffet for a smaller hotel without items being there for a long time.

I've stayed at this hotel frequently over the past 6 months for business in Sheffield, and been extremely pleased with it throughout. The hotel is well presented and maintained. Rooms are a little dated, and there are things that may be neglected or need updating eg wear and tear to carpets, furniture and curtains, but this does not detract from the overall excellent cleanliness and feeling that the hotel is well looked after. Parking is plenty, and I had no problems with the parking monitoring system that requires a registration upon check in. I always felt welcomed by the staff and they were always willing to help. Importantly for me, I felt comfortable and safe as a lone female t.. The only negative comment I have is that there is not as much choice at breakfast as other hotels offering breakfast costing £17.95, and replenishment is slow often resulting in long wait for fresh food or making do if in a hurry. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and stay here again when in Sheffield on business.

It’s an ok place to stay. Well located for the purpose of my trip. It was however difficult to get town for sightseeing and cultural immersion. The food was not great. And my room didn’t get cleaned even though you can tell that house keeping came into the room. I haunt my notice of no cleaning on day one and took it off for the next five days. Yet, my trash never got taken out. Just my towels were changed. No other cleaning.
